Ford Bantam 1.6

Hi everyone,

I currently have a 2006 Ford Bantam 1.6, I'm looking to get more power.
I'm firstly looking to get the exhaust done but I was wondering if I should go for just a freeflow exhaust or rather a exhaust system??
If I should rather go with the exhaust system any ideas of where to have it done and what I need done and roughly what it will cost me?
And I would also like to know what my fuel efficiency will be with just a normal freeflow or will it be more improved with the exhaust system?
